成都青长电子有限公司生产的QC-500高速返修复绕机是目前国内自动化程度高且运行稳定的返修复绕机.其整机结构合理、外形美观，电控部分彩先进的工业触摸屏＋PLC＋全交流变频驱动控制系统，各部分工作状态、计米长度、针孔计数数据和状态等均采用触摸屏显示、集中控制方式,具备中文菜单,直观明了.是目前通讯电缆厂检测和修理芯线、绞对线的先进设备.
Assembly line introduction
It is automotive high and running stable high speed rewind/repair machine. It is reasonable structure, beautiful appearance. And it adopts advanced industry touch screen + PLC+ all AC frequency conversion driving control system of electric parts. Each working state, counting length, needle hole counting data and state all adopts touch-screen display and concentrate control. It has Chinese list and audio-visual. It is advanced equipment of communication cable factory test and repair core wire, pair twisting wire at present.
