生产线介绍
成都青长电子设备有限公司研制的QC-80D型三层共挤高压物理发泡生产线是为生产铁路信号电缆、以及其它高质量的数据电缆芯线和汽车电子线芯皮--泡-皮(三层)绝缘线芯而说设计的,采用高压氮气注入发泡以及三层共挤工艺,使绝缘线芯获得高质量的性能.
Assembly line introduction
Our company develops QC-80D three-layer high-pressure physics foaming assembly line which is special to design for produce railway signal cable, high-quality data cable core wire and (three layer) insulation cable core of automobile electronic wire leather—foam—leather. It adopts high-pressure nitrogen to pour into foam and three layers extrude together technology to get a high-quality of insulation wire core.
